You don’t need previous teaching experience. You’ll need to have completed at least 25 Pilates classes before your course begins, so you arrive with practical experience from the client’s side of the room.
Choose Mat, Reformer or both depending on where and how you want to teach.
Every Motion Lab pathway combines theory, practical training and real teaching experience.
Depending on your chosen course, your training includes:
Live tutorials with Alicia and Dan
Self-paced online learning
Face-to-face studio training
Studio practice classes
Teaching with real clients
Course materials and assessments
Feedback and mentorship throughout your training
Ongoing support as you move into teaching
Your exact training hours, practice classes and teaching hours are shown on the individual course page.
No surprise Motion Lab training fees.
Start by choosing your course and intake, then secure your place with the $550 course deposit for a single Course or $965 for the Course Bundle.
You can choose to pay the remaining course fee upfront or via the available monthly payment plan.
The full course price and payment-plan total are shown on each course page before you enrol, so you’ll know exactly what you’re committing to.
At checkout, Shopify may display the remaining course balance as an automatic adjustment so only your enrolment deposit is charged today. Your remaining course fee is still payable according to your selected payment option.
